My wedding gown is strapless & my mother has satisfied me to wear a cute bolero jacket to “cover up” within the presence of the minister & God. My mother & I came up with some twists on conventional Puerto Rican foods to serve in small “bites” (ex., mini-mofongo w/ pollo guisao). I didn’t take into consideration doing the coin ceremony, however since we haven’t set the program for the marriage ceremony but, I assume I will put that in there
